Requirement:
  • 18-22 years of experience in leading SBU
  • Minimum Qualification: BE Mechanical/Production
  • Industry Experience: Heavy engineering industry experience, project management
  • Must know the surface treatment of foundry/cast items, industrial painting systems
  • Current profile: SBU-Manufacturing head
  • Handled 100 Cr turnover company
  • Must have handled heavy engineering projects with prestigious clientele from auto, defence and railways etc.
  • Exposure in surface treatment machine will be an added advantage
  • Familiarity with ERP system SAP
  • SBU and P&L ownership, handling manpower of 300-500 resources
  • Has handled design and estimation, cost v/s budget allocations
