Adecco Romania, the Romanian leader and top five worldwide in HR Services and Recruitment Services is currently looking for Billing Specialist for its Headquarter in Bucharest.
SCOPE : This role is responsible for generating billings for services and collecting cash from
clients.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
✓ Client data base management in the internal invoicing system;
✓ Create, update and verify in the system all the information related with clients’
accounts details (based on commercial contracts);
✓ Receiving and validating the necessary information in order to issue the clients
invoices – in terms of financial accuracy, validity and compliance with commercial
contracts and supporting documents;
✓ Issue and post invoices and send it electronically to persons in charge;
✓ Ability to provide invoicing details upon clients’ requests;
✓ Write reports on billing activity with clear and reliable data.
EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS
✓ Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in billing/financial/accounting
department;
✓ Understanding and operate IT accounting tools / systems – NAVISION
knowledge is an advantage;
✓ Experience working with ERP, ERP implementation is an asset;
✓ MS Office power user of Excel;
✓ Fluent in English.
