||Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, a company in north suburbs with export activities, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position:
Office Assistant (Daily Part Time Job from 10.00 to 14.00)
• Handling incoming calls and other communications.
• Managing filing system.
• Recording information as needed.
• Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
• Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
• Communicating with clients abroad
• Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
• Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
• Organizing travel by booking accommodations and reservations needs as required.
• Maintaining supply inventory.
• At least one (1) year of similar experience
• Very good communication skills in both Greek and English language
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel
