Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, a company in the agricultural sector, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position:
Business Manager (Nea Manolada)
• Responsible for creating a team according to the needs of the company
• Coordinates the different activities of the company in the country
• Contacts with clients
• Communicates with administration in order to deploy strategy
• Coordinates sales and the technical team in Greece
• Manages the distribution channels and the invoicing activity
• Coordinates the quality team, monitoring orders
• University degree, preferably in Agricultural Engineering
• Minimum two (2) years of working experience as a Business/Country Manager, ideally in companies related to agriculture or the primary sector
• Excellent command of the English language
• Knowledge of Spanish language will be an asset
• PC literate
• Adaptation to change, problem analysis, people management
