Information Providers/Flow Managers
Job Description
The interims will be seconded and work under the supervision of the Greek authorities in performing the following tasks: 
•    Interact daily with international protection applicants in the Greek islands (hotspots) to support the info provision on the asylum procedures, via interpreters, about their rights and obligations, facilitate the replies to their questions;
•    Answer individual queries on the status of asylum application cases, according to the instructions and procedures of the Greek Asylum Service;
•    Ensure adequate follow-up & monitoring of complex individual queries;
•    Consult regularly all relevant colleagues within the Greek Asylum Service to ensure accuracy of the information provided;
•    Manage groups of applicants in the operating area of the respective Greek Asylum Office, ensuring a daily smooth functioning with an efficient entry/exit system;
•    Collect, process and archive documents submitted by the applicants;
•    Manage documents/Scan/Archive; 
•    Draft documents, templates, statistics, minutes and reports; 
•    Provide regular analytical and statistical reports of provided services and challenges; 
•    Perform any other tasks in the interest of the service, relevant to the specific profile. 

Candidates Profile
•    University degree – preferred and advantageous;
•    Demonstrated previous experience in relevant tasks will be an advantage;
•    Very good understanding of the Greek migration and asylum context;
•    Fluency in Greek and in English (oral and written);
•    Computer literacy, including MS Office applications (Word, Excel), use of internet and web based applications, online filling system, smart phone applications/communication tools;
•    Excellent intercultural/interdisciplinary communication skills.
