Adecco Romania is recruiting for its client, a leading global ICT solutions provider, Junior Business Specialist to join their Shared Service Center in Bucharest. People employed here will be part of a global team.
• Bachelor/College degree or higher degree (in business management or accounting/finance related field);
• Advanced English skills;
• Strong MS applications experience, especially Excel;
• Solid technical working knowledge of PC’s.
• Being responsible for Day to day business processes, including purchase order application checking and submission, input reconciliation and verification, settlement application and business activity ledger;
• Working closely with sales and marketing departments to streamline the process and improve the efficiency;
• Ensuring that the process is carried out correctly from start to finish, from order placement to delivery and cash collection;
• Preparing reports on sales activity, regarding the investment, strategy they approached and the return on investment;
• Understanding thoroughly the Order to Cash & Purchase to Pay processes in order to come up with ideas for improvement, standardization and efficiency.
